As much as we would love to take you fishing, which would be the perfect way to relax, have fun and relieve some anxiety, we all need to stay home, stay safe, and do our part to stop the spread of this deadly virus.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Miami-Dade Mayor Carlos Gimenez signed Emergency Orders 6-20 and 7-20 that went into effect March 19th, ordering non-essential businesses, including charter fishing, to close, as well as parks and beaches. He later ordered the closure of all marinas in an effort to take additional measures to fight the spread of COVID-19.
We all need to do our part to slow the spread. Please practice social distancing. Please remember to wash your hands often, wipe down surfaces and don’t touch your face. We will all get through this together and get back to our normal lives.
