What Should You Do with a Deep Sea Catch?

Deep sea fishing is one of those experiences that’s unique and also leaves a bunch of wonderful memories. From sailing out onto the waters of South Florida to that exhilarating moment when you’re trying to reel in a big catch, it’s a tremendous amount of fun. Once you’ve triumphed and caught your first fish, how should you proceed?

There is always the option of releasing the fish. Then again, releasing may be the only option if the fish is not the minimum size needed for it to be kept. Oftentimes, just the thrill of having caught a fish using your skills is enough and many people choose to release the fish back into the water.

You’ve probably noticed some avid fishers with a fish mounted on their wall. It’s possible the person didn’t catch that particular fish. Fish preservation is an involved process, so many people opt to have an expert replicate it. You may, for example, decide that taking a photo of the fish and its details are sufficient enough.

This update is by Free Spool Sport Fishing, a custom built 43’ Sports Fisherman Free Spool at Haulover Marina offering an exciting deep sea fishing experience for anyone including families, friends or business associates.
